Madeline G. Weston, graduating Robinson Secondary School
Winner of the Kelly Elizabeth Baker Memorial scholarship Thank you very much for this amazing scholarship award. I am very honored and blessed to be given the scholarship in honor of Kelly Elizabeth Baker. Maddie will be attending Christopher Newport University in the fall majoring in communications with a minor in leadership studies from the President’s Leadership Program. She plans to be involved with the Catholic Campus Ministry on campus and stay involved with community service. She hopes to continue her sports photography and broadcasting dreams after college working at a local station or with a sports team. |
Evan D. Cronin, graduating from Middle Township HS (NJ)
I am so grateful to be chosen for this award. I truly feel blessed to have been selected. I’d like to sincerely thank the St. Mary of Sorrows Knights of Columbus council 8600 and the parishioners of St. Mary’s for this incredible support in furthering my higher education. I plan to attend Rutgers University’s New Brunswick campus, studying computer science. I will use my degree to work as a software engineer. |
