- The council served Fish Fry dinners as part of the 2026 SMOS parish Lenten program.
- We sold 1,179 dinners in all.
- A total of 183 knights and non-council members volunteered their time (many volunteered at each event)
- This remarkable Council program, begun in 2022 at the request of our pastor, racked up 565 total volunteer hours.
